A unique experience to reconnect with your body and mind through food? On November 14 and 28th Life MBA presents: Cultivate Your Relationship with Food: Mindful Eating Workshop. You will have 2 afternoons of new and creative experiences how to drink and eat mindfully. The workshop includes wine tasting session, blind tasting, mindful walk practices around hutongs and afternoon tea at an exclusive art dinning space.
